(Q) When will I be charged?

(A) You will be charged/billed on the day of sign-up. You can choose to pay via our online payment gateway - we accept all major credit cards (world wide) or via eft (electronic funds transfer).

(Q) What happens after I join?

(A) After joining My Inner Network, your membership form and proof of payment will be sent to our team for verification. You will be welcomed to your new inner network via a welcome email and shortly thereafter we will provide you with login credentials. You will then have the option of changing your password upon first login.

(Q) Can I cancel my membership?

(A) We wouldn’t want you too, but should you wish to do so, you absolutely can. Your membership is however non-refundable and will be canceled on the same day. You will be locked out of the membership portal (effective, immediately) upon cancelation. Due to the protection of our remaining member profiles and personal information, we trust that you’ll understand why your access will be revoked once you cancel. Protecting our members personal information is of utmost importance to us.

And so are you! We will proceed to remove your profile from our portal effective, immediately as well to ensure your personal information is also protected. Once your membership is canceled you will receive a membership cancelation e-mail from us stating that your membership has been canceled and all your data has been removed from our platform.

(Q) What do I do if I forget my password?

(A) You can follow our forgot my password process found in your welcome pack that was emailed to you upon joining. Alternatively click here and follow the steps.

(Q) How do I change/update my profile information?

(A) Simply send us an email to info@myinnernetwork.com stipulating what changes you need done and we’ll make the necessary changes within 24 hours.

(Q) Is my subscription automatically renewed each year?

(A) No, it is not, but a reminder will be sent out two months prior to your renewal date, informing you of your next subscription renewal.
